• Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage banquet events, weddings, birthday parties, and corporate functions
• Handle guest management and ensure smooth event operations
• Coordinate with decorators, caterers, vendors, DJ, and other service providers
• Supervise event setup, arrangements, and banquet staff
• Manage client requirements before and during events
• Ensure timely execution of all event activities
• Handle floor operations and resolve issues during events
• Maintain proper communication with clients and internal teams
• Prepare event schedules and operational reports
• Ensure high-quality hospitality and customer satisfaction
• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of banquet and event operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during events
• Vendor and client handling experience
• Team management and leadership skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• QualificationGraduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Event Management preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Experience0–5 Years in banquet, hospitality, hotel, or event industry
• Salary₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
