Position OverviewOSMS Turf Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, professional, and multitasking candidate for the role of HR Cum Office Admin Cum Personal Assistant (PA). The candidate will be responsible for handling HR operations, office administration, employee coordination, scheduling, communication, and executive support activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, professional etiquette, good management abilities, and confidence in handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1.) HR ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment and hiring process.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee database and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with staff regarding daily operations.
2.) Office Administration Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office discipline and coordination.
- Handle office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure smooth office workflow and administration.
- Maintain stationery, office assets, and office requirements.
3.) Personal Assistant (PA) ResponsibilitiesManage meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Coordinate calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and important documents.
- Handle client coordination and professional communication.
- Assist management in daily operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email Handling.
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
- Professional personality and office etiquette.
- Good drafting and communication skills.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- QualificationGraduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience in HR, Administration, or PA profile preferred.
- Experience1–4 Years Preferred
