Role & responsibilities
* Sourcing & screening the CVs from Portal.
* Conducting Telephonic Interview.
* Coordinate with the candidates at the time of interview (Before and After) Lined up the candidates for interview
* Responsible for end-to-end recruitment services.
* Deliver the revenue goals as planned for the business unit.
* Line up the candidates for the personal interviews, preparing & maintaining the database.
* Follow-up candidates till their joining.
