Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain collection & recovery software systems
- Support team with CRM tools, dialer systems, and databases
- Generate and analyze recovery reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to collection tools
- Ensure data accuracy and security in collection systems
- Coordinate with recovery team for system improvements
- Monitor system performance and suggest upgrades
- Maintain records and backup of collection data
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and databases
- Experience with CRM tools and Excel reporting
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Knowledge of collection/recovery process is a plus
- Qualification:Graduate in IT / Computer Science / related field
- 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
