• Cafe Description: Our cafe in Delhi serves a variety of Italian/Continental/Chinese/Thai dishes in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

- Role Overview: We are looking for a Commis 1 to assist in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes in our cafe kitchen and candidate who is willing to learn about other sections in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Assist in preparation and cooking continental dishes, maintaining utmost quality and preparing within designated time frame.

 - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

 - Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

 - Support kitchen staff in plating and presenting dishes.

 - Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

 - Basic culinary training or experience in continental cuisine.

 - Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety protocols.

 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 - Good communication and teamwork skills.
