As the Manager - New Product Development / Allied Business you will be part of the PAM team. The purpose of your role will be to create new business opportunity by adding new portfolio in the PAM department. explore their potential and business Viability, Develop these Business lines & establish these product in the market with the help of Channel Partners and HMCL field team.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Discovers and explores business opportunities

2. Examine risks and opportunities for new business

3. Engagement activities for market development & demand generation from the technician level.

4. Working for market penetration and retailer expansion for the new product along with CPs & Field team

A Day in the life

As a Manager - New Product Development / Allied Business, the day involves exploring new business opportunities, assessing risks, and developing market strategies. This includes engaging with technicians, working with Channel Partners and the field team for market penetration, and evaluating the performance of new products

Academic Qualification & Experience

- B E / MBA in Sales and Marketing 

-5 Yrs in automobile / FMCG (specially in New Product development)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Commercial and technical knowledge, MS Office advance level & Presentation Skill

Behavioural Skills

Communication skill, Decision making, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking,
