Position purpose

• Manage and streamline launch excellence processes for new products / indications
• Build forecasting models to support in-market cases / new product launch viability
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence in aiding strategy decisions and Business development
• Collaborate across all levels within various functions spanning business units, operations, Finance, Legal Compliance and Global functions to be able to implement activities related to commercial strategy, pricing strategies and digital initiatives
• Support development of short-and long-term strategic plans for business units
• Partner with digital service providers and offer novel solutions to business problem statements
• Support on marketing excellence, enhancing digital capabilities

Professional Requirements:

Essential for the role:

• MBA from Tier 1 or Premium B-School
• Min. 6-8 years of work experience; Min. 3 years in consulting in top tier firms.
• At least 2-3 years project management experience
• Executed Joint Business Plans with Cross functional teams
• Highly skilled in Collaboration to develop alliances and partnerships.
• Ability to manage complex situations.
• Willingness to travel within India.
• Project management certification/ knowledge of tools
• Good with MS-Excel and Power point Desirable for the role
• Understanding of India Pharma Market
• Ability to think out of box and drive innovation.

• Lead and execute strategic projects in new product planning, business cases development and strategy
• Develop Business cases for new products and opportunities
• Develop understanding of market potential, unmet need, go to strategy for the new product and project-manage the critical processes for new launches
• Coordinate Market Access and with global pricing team for delivering a robust Pricing approval request with required market research and business case
• Deliver Quality Market Research outputs that can help marketing teams to make Strategic and Tactical decisions
• Insights about the marketing variables, operating environment and customers on a regular basis to help guide the creation of business plans, optimize existing products & services and capture early trends and signals from the market
• Support Marketing, CommEx and Finance teams in understanding the market performance and trends to aid in Brand forecasts, business Planning, new product planning and other decision making.
