Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
Interface between TCMS and subsystems including signalling for ensuring the quality of the software deliverables of both TCMS and subsystems.
Prepare and review design documents, test specifications with respect to the design requirements collected from the customer.
Support the T&C team during tests by providing technical information.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Requirement management.
Managing all factories progress and deliverables.
Lead all the technical meetings with the Internal and External networks and Provision of Meeting Minutes for all technical meetings.
Skills:
Core Skills:
Proven working experience as a project engineer or relevant experience like general consultant etc.
Project management and supervision skills.
Decision making ability and leadership skills.
Time management and organization skills.
Requirement management.
Working experience with Japanese/European engineers is an added advantage.
Beneficial Skills:
Working experience in the design / commissioning of RSC GUI and TCMS data server will be an advantage.
Knowledge of SDTV2 data packets and Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience including minimum of 8 years in railway/metro, and minimum of 2 years of involvement in UTO/driverless trains (desirable).
Education: Bachelor of Electrical or electronics or communication degree in Engineering is preferred.
