Retail Cashier

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Billing & Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will be responsible for digitizing our inventory, keeping our stock levels accurate in our retail software, and providing a fast, friendly checkout experience for our customers at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Input all incoming shoe stock (styles, sizes, colors, and quantities) accurately into our retail software.
• Stock Tracking: Regularly update inventory levels, track damages or returns, and ensure the physical stock matches the software data.
• Billing & Checkout: Handle customer checkouts efficiently, process cash/card/digital payments, and issue receipts using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Customer Service: Greet customers at the counter, answer basic product or sizing questions, and resolve checkout inquiries with a friendly attitude.
• Store Upkeep: Keep the counter and billing area clean, organized, and stocked with bags and receipt paper.
