DNS EVENTS PVT. LTD. & AUDIOVOXX Position Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategist Location:Kotla Mubarakpur & Fatehpur (Chattarpur), Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Probation Period: 3 Months

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategist will work across both entities, developing, executing, and scaling robust digital and performance marketing strategies.



  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIESI. Social Media Content Strategy & ExecutionCreate, manage, and implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Broadcast
  • Build monthly, weekly, and event-specific content calendars
  • Develop a narrative-driven brand storytelling approach using reels, carousels, highlights, and episodic content
  • Supervise live coverage during events, smart home demos, client walkthroughs, and installations
  • Plan and supervise photography and videography with a creative brief aligning with brand tonality
  • II. Branding, Design & Visual IdentityWork with the design team to develop consistent visual aesthetics for posts, videos, reels, and stories
  • Ensure brand kits, color palettes, event typography, and visual language are maintained across platforms
  • Ideate creatives for marquee properties like Navratri Festival, Audiovoxx Home Series, etc.
  • Lead creation of event promos, brand teasers, smart automation demo videos, etc.
  • III. Paid Ads & Performance MarketingDesign and execute paid campaigns on Meta Suite (Instagram, Facebook), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Retarget traffic from website and social media for lead nurturing (CRM sync and automation is a plus)
  • Optimize ads with A/B testing, funnel metrics, lookalike audiences, and conversion reports
  • Collaborate with sales team for performance-based goals (leads/bookings/events)
  • IV. Influencer Marketing & PartnershipsIdentify, pitch, and manage collaborations with influencers in luxury lifestyle, home interiors, architecture, events, and food
  • Curate barter and paid influencer activations with tight timelines and ROI tracking
  • Onboard creators for event coverage and product showcasing
  • Draft influencer contracts, posting calendars, and post-delivery reviews
  • V. Web, SEO & Analytics OversightCoordinate with web team to update DNS Events & Audiovoxx websites with SEO-rich content and blogs
  • Audit keyword rankings, page speed, and search trends using SEMrush/Google Analytics
  • Maintain landing pages for events, festival ticketing, smart home booking, etc.
  • Generate fortnightly performance reports with strategic inputs



  • DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES3-6 years of experience in digital marketing (events, lifestyle, or tech)
  • Strong understanding of event content dynamics, luxury positioning, and smart tech storytelling
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva/Photoshop, ChatGPT, Notion, Mailchimp/CRM tools
  • Content curation and high-speed campaign adaptability
  • SEO and performance funnel familiarity
  • Eye for visual aesthetics and brand alignment
  • Strong command of English & Hindi (verbal + written)



  • WORK ETHICS & CULTURE EXPECTATIONOn-ground presence during events and shoot days (mandatory)
  • Fast turnaround on campaign development and last-minute adaptations
  • High level of loyalty and direct communication with promoters/management
  • Strict confidentiality of business strategy, client rosters, and creative IP
