Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Instruction: Conduct engaging, high-quality lessons in subject-specific areas (Science, Math, English, General Studies) to enhance student understanding.
• Curriculum Development: Prepare, review, and update study materials, notes, and question banks tailored for board or competitive exams.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through regular tests, quizzes, and homework, providing actionable, constructive feedback.
• Doubt Clearing: Provide one-on-one or small-group support to address specific student difficulties, ensuring concept clarity.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of student performance and communicate progress to parents/management.
