Job Description
Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Loan Products
Location: Jhandewalan Extension Near Jhandewalan Metro Station gate no 2
Required: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan offerings, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
Follow up with interested leads to close sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of loan products (preferred)Ability to handle rejection and pressure Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Qualifications Minimum: 10th Pass / Graduate
