📍 Location: Noida Sector 125
💰 Salary: ₹7 LPA (Upto)

🎯 Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to engage with prospective students, guide them through various academic programs, and support them throughout the admission journey. The role focuses on converting inquiries into successful enrolments through effective counselling and communication.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on UG & PG courses
- Handle data calling, inbound queries, and online chats
- Guide students on courses, universities, and admission procedures
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Maintain daily call records and walk-in data
- Handle telephonic and online student queries efficiently
- Collect and maintain student feedback for service improvement
🚨 NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SELLING UG & PG COURSES. 🎓📚
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Academic counseling (Education sector preferred)
- Experience in selling UG/PG courses will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong conversion ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools
