About the Company 

My College Buddy was founded in 2019 with the aim of helping students choose the right academic path and university. We specialize in counselling students for UG, PG, Online Programs, and Study Abroad opportunities across reputed universities.

As part of our growth and expansion, My College Buddy is setting up a new branch in Noida, and we are looking for passionate Sales Academic Counsellors to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and databases.
• Provide career counselling and course guidance to prospective students. 
• Explain university programs, admission process, eligibility, and fee structure. 
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to admission closure. 
• Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead data and sales pipeline in CRM. 
• Build strong relationships with students to ensure high conversion rates.
• Stay updated with latest university programs, scholarships, and admission deadlines.
