Audit Executive

Spingo Foods Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to support internal audit functions, financial compliance, stock verification, and process monitoring across operations. The candidate will ensure adherence to company policies, identify operational risks, and assist in improving financial and inventory controls within the organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits of financial, operational, and inventory processes.
• Verify purchase, sales, expense, and stock records for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Review cash handling, billing, and accounting procedures across units/locations.
• Prepare audit reports with observations, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company SOPs, and internal controls.
• Assist in identifying risks, process gaps, and control weaknesses.
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and operations teams for audit execution.
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on audit observations.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and records.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance candidates preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in audit, accounts, or finance functions.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail industry will be an advantage.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Key AttributesHigh level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel for branch/unit audits if required.
