Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to assist customers in finding the right financial solutions. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through suitable loan options in a professional and supportive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers and understand their financial needs
- Suggest suitable loan products (Personal Loan / Overdraft, etc.)
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication
- Guide customers throughout the process for a smooth experience
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners for processing
Requirements:
- Good communication in Hindi and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of financial products (preferred)
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
