Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and acquire new clients through research, networking, and market mapping

● Develop and establish corporate tie-ups with potential business partners and clients

● Generate leads through calling, references, and field visits

● Conduct client meetings and presentations (virtual/physical)

● Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services

● Follow up regularly with prospects and convert them into business opportunities

● Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

● Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and execution

● Maintain updated records of leads, clients, and deals in CRM

● Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred) ● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

● Ability to generate leads and close deals independently

● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

● Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required)

● Preferred candidates who have worked with Prop Tech startups, Advertisement and Media industries.
