Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive located in Noida. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention efforts. Daily tasks include conducting customer outreach, providing support to enhance the customer experience, and assisting in sales initiatives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and optimize customer relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and maintain client relationships
