Customer Support Executive (Outbound Voice)
📍 Location: 1st Floor, Fusion Square Building, 5A & 5B, subarea, Sector 126, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201313
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Role: Hiring Customer Support Executives for Outbound Voice Calling for QUBO(Hero electronics).
Products:
- Smart Door Locks
- Smart Home Security
- Video Doorbells
- Dashcams (Connected Auto)
- Responsibilities: Handle outbound customer calls
- Register complaints & resolve customer queries
- Provide product support on calls
- Conduct feedback & follow-up calls
Eligibility:🎓 Graduate (Mandatory)
🧑💼 Minimum 6 months experience in voice process
🗣️ Good English communication required
Interview Process:
HR Round – In-Person Interview
Final Face-to-Face Round (If Shortlisted)
Final Salary Discussion & Onboarding
