Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and maintain call logs.
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Good communication level candidates preferred)..
• Good listening and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge & typing speed.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (Both can apply)
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both are welcome(Sales Experience is Preferred)

Job Details:

• Location: Gurugram
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Shift: Rotational 24*7 Shifts & Rotational Offs
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Salary Range:

• 14,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience & communication skills)
