Guest Relations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Guest Relations Associate (GRA) to manage and coordinate end-to-end events and parties at our gaming centre. The role requires strong communication, on-ground execution skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Event & Party Coordination

· Manage end-to-end execution of birthday parties and group events at the centre

· Oversee all on-floor arrangements, timelines, and flow of events 

· Ensure smooth coordination between different teams for seamless execution

2. Client Interaction & Sales Support

· Interact with walk-in and inquiry-based clients to understand event requirements 

· Pitch and recommend party packages, games, and services 

· Conduct centre walk through, showcasing games, facilities, and offerings

3. Guest Experience Management

· Act as the primary point of contact for guests during events 

· Ensure a high-energy, engaging, and hassle-free experience for all attendees

· Handle guest queries, requests, and on-spot concerns efficiently

4. On-Ground Operations

· Monitor event execution on the floor and ensure timely delivery of services 

· Coordinate with operations, gaming staff, and F&B teams 

· Maintain overall discipline, safety, and service standards during events

5. Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling

· Address guest complaints or challenges in real-time

· Escalate critical issues to management when required

· Ensure quick resolution to maintain customer satisfaction

Key Skills & Requirements

· 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, events, guest relations, or gaming centres 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

· Strong coordination and multitasking abilities 

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure/long hours 

· Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach 

Preferred

· Experience in event management, gaming centres, hospitality, or entertainment industry 

· Exposure to party/event handling and on-ground execution
