Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments, build scalable hiring strategies to support growth, and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  2. Create and update job descriptions.
  3. Source potential candidates using databases and various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn).
  4. Draft recruitment emails to engage passive candidates.
  5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  6. Conduct candidate interviews.
  7. Maintain management information systems (MIS).
  8. Promote job vacancies on social media, job boards, and through referrals.
  9. Shortlist eligible candidates and report to the HR manager.
  10. Schedule interviews.
  11. Perform onboarding formalities for new hires.
