Bureau Veritas India is looking for an experienced HSE Manager – Infrastructure to lead and support third‑party health, safety, and environmental (HSE) services for building and infrastructure projects across the region.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Act as the regional HSE technical focal point for infrastructure projects
• Provide HSE technical advisory during tender, mobilization, execution, and commissioning stages
• Conduct and support third‑party HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
• Ensure compliance with IRC, RDSO, IS Codes, NBC 2016, and Fire & Life Safety norms
• Support business development and sales teams with technical proposals and client presentations
• Identify new HSE opportunities in infrastructure, buildings, roads, bridges, and utilities
• Manage client relationships and represent Bureau Veritas as a trusted HSE advisor
• Work closely with project managers, operations, and technical teams for seamless delivery
• Prepare high‑quality reports, technical documentation, and compliance assessments

�� Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Safety preferred)PG Diploma in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health & Safety / Fire & Safety
(from RLI, CLI, AICTE, State Boards, or DGFASLI‑recognized institutes)8–15 years of HSE experience, ideally in:

• Infrastructure & building projects
• Roads, bridges, utilities
• Industrial or commercial construction

Experience in third‑party inspection, audit, and compliance services preferredStrong exposure to client handling, technical proposals, and business development

�� Key Skills & Competencies

 

• Strong knowledge of national safety standards and statutory requirements
• Experience in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation and audits
• Expertise in risk assessment, RCA, and safety management systems
• Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple project sites and travel regionally
• Leadership mindset with strong customer and business focus
