What are we looking for Life & Annuity Specialist is responsible for managing and administering life insurance policies and annuity contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role encompasses policy issuance, claims processing, and providing excellent customer service to policyholders. The primary goal is to ensure clients receive their entitled benefits and fully understand their coverage options Roles and Responsibilities • Process policy issuance and endorsements accurately and timely. • Manage life insurance and annuity claims, ensuring thorough review and prompt payouts. • Serve as a point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on products and benefits. • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Maintain detailed and organized records of policy transactions and communications. • Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and claims teams to support client needs and resolve issues. • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise Ability to efficiently and accurately handle insurance claims or other types of claims in various industries. Typically includes understanding relevant policies and procedures, verifying information, assessing claims for validity, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
