Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to source customers for Unsecured Business Loans. The role involves identifying eligible business owners, self-employed professionals, and MSMEs, assisting them through the loan application process, and coordinating with internal teams until loan disbursement.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in financial product sales, banking, NBFCs, insurance, or distribution channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource customers requiring unsecured business loans.
• Generate leads through personal networking, market visits, referrals, and digital channels.
• Meet business owners, traders, manufacturers, retailers, professionals, and service providers.
• Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
• Collect KYC and financial documents.
• Ensure complete and accurate loan applications.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and relationship managers.
• Follow up on applications until approval and disbursement.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
