Job Title: nCino/Quality Analyst

Summary:
Are you passionate about delivering excellence in banking and financial services through world-class technology solutions? As an nCino/ Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in our digital transformation journey, ensuring our nCino and  solutions are robust, secure, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with development, business, and product teams to define quality standards, design and execute comprehensive test strategies, and drive continuous improvement. Join a collaborative environment where your expertise will help shape the reliability and success of our digital platforms.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for nCino and  applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers, to gather requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage across all workflows and integrations.
  • Validate  and nCino customizations, data models, user interfaces, business logic, and workflow automation for accuracy, performance, and security.
  • Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of API integrations, data migrations, and system interfaces, especially as they relate to banking and financial services operations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives), contributing to continuous delivery and improvement of our platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts (e.g., using Selenium, Apex test classes, or other relevant tools).
  • Stay current with /nCino platform updates, testing best practices, and industry trends, proactively suggesting improvements to QA processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members to promote effective adoption and optimal use of nCino and  applications.
  • Ensure all quality assurance activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in IT, with a focus on quality assurance and testing.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or QA Engineer in  and nCino environments, with hands-on experience validating platform customizations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of  configuration, data modeling, Lightning components, Apex, SOQL, and nCino functionalities.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium,  Test Automation, or similar.
  • Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP), data migration validation, and system integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  and/or nCino certifications (e.g.,  Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, nCino Admin/QA certification).
  • Experience in the banking and financial services industry, particularly with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
