Purchase Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years (Mandatory in Electronics Manufacturing Industry)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent). Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management will be an added advantage.

Annual CTC: ₹2,80,000 – ₹3,40,000 (Based on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Job SummaryNewTech Synergy Systems Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing electronic components, raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials while ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and uninterrupted production. The ideal candidate should possess strong vendor management skills, negotiation abilities, and a sound understanding of procurement processes in an electronics manufacturing environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcure electronic components, PCB-related materials, cables, connectors, adapters, ICs, semiconductors, passive components, mechanical parts, packaging materials, and factory consumables.
• Source suppliers for new materials and develop alternate vendors to minimize procurement risks.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order confirmation.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments to meet material requirements.
• Track order status and ensure timely deliveries to avoid production delays.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding pending deliveries, shortages, and quality issues.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for supplier quality concerns and material rejections.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels while avoiding excess stock and shortages.
• Verify purchase requisitions and ensure procurement aligns with approved budgets and requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, purchase history, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance based on quality, delivery, responsiveness, and pricing.
• Support monthly procurement planning and material forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in annual vendor evaluations and procurement audits.
• Prepare procurement-related MIS reports and purchase analysis for management.

• Understanding of GST-compliant purchase documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar ERP software).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of inventory control methods such as FIFO and stock reconciliation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Company.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing electronic components and manufacturing materials.
• Strong vendor network within the electronics industry will be preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
