Real Estate Agent

We are looking for self-driven Freelance Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our team in Delhi NCR on a commission basis. As a freelancer, your key role will be to generate leads through your personal network, social media, and field marketing, and convert them into site visits and bookings for our premium residential and commercial projects across Gurugram, Dwarka Expressway, and Noida. You will be responsible for explaining project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients, coordinating site visits, and closing deals with support from our in-house sales team. This is a completely flexible, target-driven role with no fixed office timing, but requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English, a smartphone, and a two-wheeler for client meetings. We offer industry-best commissions ranging from 1% to 3% per booking along with performance incentives, weekly payouts, ready marketing creatives, and direct developer inventory. Prior real estate experience is preferred, but freshers with a strong local network and passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
