About the Role-- We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage actively with leads and prospects through calls, walk-ins, site visits, and online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable residential and commercial properties.
  • Organize and conduct site visits, handle negotiations, and close sales efficiently.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and pricing updates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and deals using CRM tools.

Requirements-

  • Experience: 1–3 years in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Mindset: Goal-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Familiarity with the Noida / Greater Noida real estate market.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
