Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Bulk Hiring)
Location: Noida Sector 63, H Block
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Industry: Recruitment / Staffing (Non-IT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a target-driven Recruitment Manager to lead bulk hiring for white-collar roles across multiple industries, including BPO, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce and Retail. The role requires strong expertise in team management, sourcing, and delivering fast closures within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring requirements
- Lead and monitor recruiter team performance
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly hiring closures
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline across multiple domains
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and WorkIndia
- Ensure fast turnaround time and quality hiring
- Coordinate with clients for requirement understanding and delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment/staffing (Non-IT white-collar hiring mandatory)
- Strong exposure to multi-industry bulk hiring
- Proven team handling and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines
- Good communication and coordination skills
