Job Description
Sales Advisor – Corporate Gifting & Merchandise Company: Bombay Aesthetics
Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)
Role Objective:
Drive B2B corporate gifting sales across Delhi NCR by creating impactful presentations, proposing customized merchandise solutions, managing client and vendor relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Client Acquisition & Servicing
- Identify and approach corporate clients PAN India
- Understand requirements for:
- Employee welcome kits
- Festive gifting
- Promotional merchandise
- Pitch tailored solutions aligned with brand identity and budgets
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
2. Presentation & Proposal Creations
- Create client-ready PPT presentations and proposals
- Develop:
- Product concepts
- Mockups (branding visualization)
- Pricing sheets
- Customize proposals based on industry and use-case
3. Product Curation & Solutioning
Recommend innovative gifting solutions:
- Premium & luxury kits
- Sustainable gifting options
- Utility-based corporate merchandise
- Stay updated with market trends and new product ideas
4. Vendor Coordination & Sourcing
- Work with vendors for:
- Quotations
- Sampling
- Production timelines
- Ensure quality and cost optimization
- Build a strong vendor network (Delhi NCR + import sourcing)
5. Sales Target Ownership
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain strong sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Drive closures and upselling opportunities
6. End-to-End Order ExecutionCoordinate between:
- Client
- Vendor
- Internal team
- Ensure smooth execution:
- Proposal → Approval → Production → Delivery
Required Skills & Competencies✔ Core Skills
- Strong B2B sales & negotiation skills
- Advanced PowerPoint / presentation skills
- Understanding of corporate gifting / merchandise
- Vendor management capability
- Soft SkillsExcellent communication (English + Hindi)
- Client-facing confidence
- High ownership and accountability
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Qualification & ExperienceGraduate (Business / Marketing preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in:
- Corporate sales
- Gifting / merchandise / branding industry
Additional Requirements
- Willingness for field travel across Delhi NCR
- Own vehicle (preferred)
- Basic Excel + costing understanding
