Job Description

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to consistently hit or exceed their monthly and quarterly quotas.Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable, constructive feedback to improve conversions.Training & Onboarding: Develop training programs to onboard new hires and keep existing staff updated on product features, sales pitches, and objections handling.Deal Closures: Step in to assist with complex negotiations, escalations, and high-ticket or strategic deal closures.Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to upper management.
