Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, and employee expense claims.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Ensure GST compliance, including:
• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 returns.
• Reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
• Generation of e-invoices.
• Processing of e-way bills.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

✔ Proven experience in accounting and financial operations.

✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and taxation.

✔ Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

✔ Experience in the construction industry will be preferred.

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
