Job Description (Posting).

We are seeking a Data privacy Operations Lead to support Dataprivacy team in supporting and operationalizing the organization sprivacy policies and standards. The ideal candidate will possess adeep understanding of Data Privacy and Data Protection regulations,standards and certifications, with the ability to quickly learn andinternalize our organization s Privacy and security policies andpractices.This role is critical in building and maintaining trust with ourcustomers, ensuring they have the confidence in our compliancewith leading Privacy and Data protection frameworks, and protectingHCL Software s reputation as a company that builds trust andsecurity in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and communicate a comprehensive understandingof the company s Privacy and Data Protection policies,standards, and controls. Carry out PIA and PbD assessments for personal dataprocessing activities Manage Data Subject Requests intake and response process. Support the improvement of Privacy playbooks for differentBusiness Units within the organization. Ensure Privacy by design principles are embedded inOrganizational processing activities Work with Cross functional teams to understand andimplement data privacy and security initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, IT,Privacy, Security Engineering, Product, etc.) to ensureaccurate and up-to-date responses. Support internal teams with knowledge sharing around dataPrivacy policies and compliance requirements. Assist with Privacy compliance audits, customer privacyreviews, and privacy compliance documentation as needed. Support Privacy team with internal and external queries asnecessary.Required Qualifications: At least three years experience in a privacy/data protectionrole. Bachelor s degree in information security, Computer Science,policy, Law or related field (other degrees will be consideredbased upon equivalent experience). Technical background is a plus. In-depth knowledge of data privacy, personal data handlingand information security. Experienced in privacy operations like DSR handling, privacyincident response etc., Competent in conducting data privacy compliance reviewsand audits Experience in managing data privacy issues in a globalorganization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with anability to explain complex security concepts clearly andconcisely.
