Team Leader

MIXX Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader (TL) for our mobile manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, hands-on production experience, and the capability to manage shop-floor activities efficiently while ensuring productivity and quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production line activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
• Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, and shift planning.
• Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to SOPs and process standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions.
• Train and guide operators on process improvements, safety, and quality practices.
• Prepare daily production and line performance reports.
• Ensure workplace discipline, safety compliance, and 5S implementation on the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce defects.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of mobile manufacturing processes and assembly operations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle production targets efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
