Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist with our day-to-day technical operations and support processes. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable handling basic technical tasks and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for vehicle security and surveillance systems
- Assist in installation coordination and troubleshooting (remote/basic level)
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain records of service requests and support activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
