Job Description
- Making calls: Making outbound calls to generate leads, and answering incoming calls to resolve customer issues
- Presenting products: Explaining the benefits of products or services, and providing pricing details
- Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing clients, and building rapport with potential clients
- Collecting data: Gathering data on customer experiences with the company's products or services
- Reporting: Creating reports and documentation based on conversations, and reporting observations to the management
- Following up: Following up with incoming leads, and booking appointments for the field sales team
- Interacting: Interacting with customers via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls
- Adjusting sales pitches: Modifying sales pitches based on customer demand
- Maintaining databases: Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
