We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and promoting our products/services.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Prior experience in telecalling/customer support preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work in a team.
