Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their hair care concerns, recommend suitable products, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand customers' hair and scalp concerns and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Update customer interactions and sales records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the customer support and operations teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Good listening and customer service skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Sales.
• Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Hair Care, or Wellness industry will be preferred.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileFluent in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
