About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Executive to support agent recruitment and business development activities for life insurance. The candidate should be confident in communication, digitally savvy, and capable of handling telecalling, WhatsApp outreach, and social media engagement professionally.


Key Responsibilities (KRA)


* Calling prospective candidates and generating interest in becoming life insurance advisors/agents

* Posting and responding to WhatsApp messages and recruitment campaigns

* Managing social media activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

* Following up with leads and scheduling meetings/interviews

* Maintaining daily calling and lead tracking reports

* Assisting in recruitment drives, events, and digital promotions

* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of advisor prospects

* Coordinating with team leaders for recruitment targets and updates


Desired Candidate Profile


* Good communication skills in English and Hindi

* Confident in telecalling and candidate interaction

* Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, social media posting)

* Presentable, disciplined, and target-oriented personality

* Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales support, or insurance industry preferred


Qualification


* Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply)


Experience


* 1-3 years experience in telecalling, customer support, recruitment, or digital marketing

* English speaking ability

* Lead generation & follow-up

* Communication & persuasion skills

* Data management and coordination
