Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Company

Wellora Veda and Anjali Veda are rapidly growing Ayurvedic healthcare companies committed to providing high-quality natural wellness products. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives who can connect with customers over calls and help them choose the right Ayurvedic solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Explain Ayurvedic products and their benefits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Convert leads into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Good sales and closing ability.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
  • Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and under sales targets.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Healthcare, Pharma, or Ayurveda will be preferred.
