Wellora Veda and Anjali Veda are rapidly growing Ayurvedic healthcare companies committed to providing high-quality natural wellness products. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives who can connect with customers over calls and help them choose the right Ayurvedic solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain Ayurvedic products and their benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good sales and closing ability.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under sales targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Healthcare, Pharma, or Ayurveda will be preferred.
