🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound patient calls
- Explain Ayurvedic treatments and services
- Convert leads into paid consultations
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients
- Update and manage patient data in system
✅ Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Strong convincing & sales ability
- Customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
