Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Manager to oversee our financial records, purchase operations, and human resources administration. This role is a hybrid of back-office management and operational logistics, requiring someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining high standards of accuracy across multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities

1. Purchase & Inventory ManagementYou will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from initial stock assessment to final supplier payment.

  • Stock Control: Perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels meet operational needs; oversee material inwarding and quantity verification against delivery notes.
  • Procurement: Generate Purchase Orders (PO) based on stock requirements or specific project orders.
  • Pricing & Entry: Conduct rigorous price checks against historical data and market rates; update prices in the system and execute accurate Purchase Entries.
  • Logistics & Warehousing: Coordinate transportation and other services; manage the barcoding, labeling, packing, and systematic storing of materials.

2. Financial & Accounting Operations

  • Accounts Payable: Manage supplier payments, ensuring timely settlements while optimizing cash flow.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare data for GST filings, TDS deductions, and other statutory requirements.
  • Expense Management: Audit and process employee reimbursements and general office utility expenses.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and balance sheet summaries for management review.

3. Human Resources Administration

  • Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting job descriptions to conducting initial screenings and interviews.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate new employee induction, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and equipped with necessary tools.
  • Policy Management: Enforce company rules and regulations; maintain and update the Employee Handbook as needed.
  • Time & Attendance: Monitor daily attendance, leave requests, and late-arrival logs; prepare data for payroll processing.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive digital and physical employee files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and confidential.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.

Experience: 3–5 years in a dual role (Accounts/HR) or general Office Management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally/ERP software, MS Excel (Advanced), and HRMS tools.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
