Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Executives, SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and Designers.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings and weekly strategy reviews.
• Assign tasks based on team strengths and project priorities.
• Train junior team members and improve their technical and strategic skills.
• Conduct campaign quality checks before client delivery.

Client Management

• Handle multiple domestic and international client accounts.
• Understand client business goals and convert them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Conduct monthly strategy meetings with clients.
• Resolve escalations and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Improve client retention through proactive communication and measurable results.

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Build complete digital marketing strategies using:
• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Local SEO
• Content Marketing
• Email Marketing
• AI-driven workflows

• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.

Operations & Process Improvement

• Develop SOPs for campaign execution and reporting.
• Standardize campaign naming conventions and QA processes.
• Build reporting dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with consistent quality.

Business Growth

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Contribute to agency growth through innovative marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with AI tools and emerging digital marketing trends.
