Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :-
- Support the development & implementation of HR initiatives & systems.
- Provide counselling on policies & procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads & managing the hiring process.
- Create & implement effective on boarding plans.
- Develop training & development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary & grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy & legal requirements.
