Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary : The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and closing sales by building strong relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from inquiry to final sale.'

• Key Responsibilities : Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing activities
• Present and promote residential or commercial properties to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) to close deals
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
