Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions for our hardware and plywood business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and GST compliance, and be comfortable working in a retail/wholesale environment.



Key Responsibilities


Maintain accurate financial records using Tally

Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, and billing

Manage GST filing, returns, and compliance

Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts

Track inventory-related financial data (hardware & plywood stock)

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Assist in budgeting and cost control

Coordinate with suppliers and customers for payment follow-ups
