Senior Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities of the manager

1. Proactively manage team of two-three telecallers to ensure engaging and converting prospective students and guide them through the admission process.

2. Provide detailed management of the processes for online and physical courses sales, advising on courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities to students and parents.

3. Whenever needed, follow up on leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp to nurture prospects and drive conversions.

4. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status in the CRM system.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and admission completion

6 Report to the founders for daily outcomes of the team and own the team's productivity.

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication

2. Ability to work on weekends if required

3. Knowledge of MS Office and Canva.

4. 2+ years of experience in admissions counseling.
