Job Description

  • Coordinate the complete client fulfilment process after receipt of the purchase order.
  • Plan and monitor machine transportation and ensure timely delivery to the client site.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure site readiness, including civil work, electrical work, water connection, and other installation requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate technician visits for machine installation, commissioning, and training.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, technicians, transporters, and internal departments.
  • Track project progress from dispatch to installation, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Prepare and share periodic project status reports with management.
  • Ensure all installation-related documentation, checklists, and reports are completed and maintained.
  • Follow up with clients for pending site requirements to avoid project delays.
  • Coordinate resolution of installation-related task by liaising with the service and technical teams.
  • Ensure all project milestones are achieved within the committed timelines.
  • Maintain records of machine dispatches, installation schedules, commissioning reports, and client acknowledgements.
  • Support the Accounts and Sales teams by providing project status updates required for billing and project closure.
  • Ensure a smooth and satisfactory project handover to the client upon successful completion.
