Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities for our manufacturing company in Chennai. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, GST, TDS, invoice processing, and ERP/accounting software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory compliance reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
• Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables
• Assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting
• Maintain inventory-related accounting entries
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Required SkillsKnowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / ERP software and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred Candidate ProfileMale candidate preferred
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage
• Candidates residing in or around Chennai preferred

Salary₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
